- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base prices start at $2.50 - $3 per serving depending on size. *Additional charges may apply based on complexity and or use of fondant. Delivery fee = $1.50 per mile starting 10 miles outside of the downtown Sacramento area. -Cupcakes = $2.50 ea per dozen; $2.25 ea per 2 dozen; $2 ea per 3 dozen -Cake pops = $2.25 ea per dozen; $2.10 ea per 2 dozen; $2 ea per 3 dozen -3 tiered cakes = $2.85 per slice -2 tiers or less = $3 per slice
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call, text, or email me your request including details like desired budget, cake size needs, flavors, design of choice, and date needed then I will return a quote within 1-2 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education comes from the Wilton Cake Method which provided 32 hours of certified training in 4 different courses covering methods from buttercream roses, drop flowers, figure piping, shells, icing, leveling, filling and icing a cake. To royal icing flowers, buttercream basket weave, and finally fondant methods in dying, covering the cake and making flowers/figures/shapes with fondant and gum paste. My portfolio now includes over 9 years of free-lance cake design experience.
