- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
California Hydro-Clean generally quotes on the basis of how many hours the job will take and any materials required to complete the job to satisfaction. This keeps us competitive due to the fact we can adjust hourly rates to get to a budget you feel comfortable with. We will always work pricing with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we like to meet with the customer first at the job site, introduce ourselves and evaluate the job scope. We find that this is a much more effective way to go about business and obtaining customer trust. By evaluating the job it gives us a much better idea of how much time and materials it will take to complete the job and adjust price accordingly. If you the customer, are unable to do this or may create any type of hardship we can get a pretty good indication by using Google Earth with the property or job site address. Whatever it takes to keep our customers happy and burden free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned businesses my whole life and know the importance of a happy customer. Quality and customer service creates referrals and is the way to do business.
