- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
while my customers should know that I am not the highest priced out there nor the lowest I will treat you fair and honest I have integrity and I'm looking to do an extra good detail job I always measure and have written estimates and no hidden charges everything out in the open
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
well my typical process with working with a new client is first introduction getting a contract signed that we are both on the same page of what needs to be done on the job introduce you to all my employees that will be working on the job and do the best job possible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
why I've been in the carpet and tile flooring and construction business since 1995 got my carpet cleaning license in 2000 started my first company cleaning tile in 2002 called Sac Valley pool cleaning services, I then took the time to broaden my education and get my mold remediation license and my water damage restoration license as well and worked for two big companies in the local area for several years before opening the green bee Restoration in 2007 I'm proud of my company and I'm looking to treat you like family and make the process of restoring your home easy thank you
