- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is upfront and affordable. Need a truck? No problem, the size you need at a flat rate fee with gas and miles included. Our minimum includes 2 guys for two hours. We recommend that you consider adding an extra mover for any job quoted for five or more hours, or for any stairs envolved that can add difficulty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the quote is viewed we like to make contact to gather special details pertaining to your up coming move. With combined knowledge we establish what needs to be done and how to do it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before joining the crew I worked in a wharehouse for many years. Palletizzing and picking orders i was able to fill a box, label item, and shrink wrap pallets for shipping and handling and load/ unload semi trucks.
