- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is lower then most of my contemporaries; not because Of lack of skill or confidence. It is because I am new to this site and want to be fair; as to retain 100% of clients. I envision 100% become return clients! And upon third project endeavours we will be family!! That's my goal "win/win" respect and admiration in our business relations will always be principle # one!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to receive as much information as possible; as we achieve a comfortable work environment that generates strength though the right amount of tension. Not so much that it breaks us down as a team; yet not so little that we refuse to develop an idea; through a passive attitude that disconnects us. In other words: I would like as much info as possible, and I prefer project leaders with a clear direction and an open mind that discerns with the big picture in mind; and back down to the smallest details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated in 2010 from the University of south Florida with a B.A. in Technical writing . I worked for Operation Par a Florida based 501c3. Where, I routinely wrote policy and procedure as well as grants and program manuals for their juvenile residential program. Our clients at this facility were (boys and girls) ages 13 to 17 that had legal and addiction issues. I currently am retained by a farmer insurance agency in Sacramento. This is an agency I recently sold after 7 years in business. I was an award winning "Championship" agent my first year in business based on my sales and marketing results. This agency retains me as a consultant and lead marketer. I write weekly direct mailers and flyers for events and promotions, I, also, maintain their social media presence/content and online promotions and ads.
