- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to showing properties to new clients, I like to get to know what is important not only in the house they are looking for, but the lifestyle they want to live once in the house. You could find the house of your dreams in a location that does not fit within the other priorities in your life. It is important to me that my clients view their home purchase in a holistic manner, so that they are enjoying their lives in the house of their dreams.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to starting my career in real estate, I spent 20 years as a legal and legislative professional successfully advocating my clients’ interests before the California Legislature and state administrative agencies. Since 2012, I have also run my own coaching and consulting business helping clients manage their careers and navigate transitions up the corporate ladder. Among the qualities my clients appreciate most are my patience, enthusiasm, respectful communication style and steadfast loyalty. I will bring the same passion and professionalism that I have used to represent my clients in those arenas to representing you in some of the largest and most important transactions of your life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked primarily with buyers. Clients have been first time buyers, repeat buyers and investors.
