FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices begin at $150 per session but most clients use their health insurance benefits to cover a majority of the cost. We also discuss with our clients reduced fees if we are not able to utilize insurance. Most of my clients end up paying an average of $25 per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the process for a new client begins at there first meeting. This is assessment session and client history will be gathered, discuss current concerns, and begin to formulate a treatment plan. This is a great opportunity for the client and the counselor to get to know one another and have a better idea of whether a working relationship can be built. Questions can be answered and decisions made for the content and frequency of future meetings.
