FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system that all clients can look at on my website. However, I know that not everyone has the same needs and wants so I do offer customized packages as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I typically try to start by answering any of their questions they may have and telling them the details about our business. I then give them pricing information and direct them to our website and portfolio, so that they can browse at leisure. If they decide they are interested in using our services, I would then set up a consultation. At the consultation I would go over specifics of the job, get their input, and just talk to them in general to decide how to best customize the service to their needs. We would then go over a contract and discuss deposits. After talking with them and going over the contract, if they still decided to use our services, I would then have them make their deposit via credit card, debit card, cash, or cashier's check. I would then keep in touch with the clients up until the day of services to be rendered, just to make sure nothing has changed and that there is no new information that I need to know. After services are rendered, I would then deliver the finish product to the client within two to six weeks depending on the type of session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several classes in photography including ones focused on children's portrature, wedding photography, lighting and exposure, studio setup, family photography, and general photography techniches.
