- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Moving jobs are priced on a 2 hour minimum for 2 men. Upon request, we can increase the size of the crew, but the minimum of 2 hours still apply. We ask that our customers book enough time when it comes to moving due to scheduling. We try to leave 1.5 hours between jobs just in case a job goes over. We do our best to be accommodating and have never left a customer behind due to a job going over...we always make a way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the job has been approved, we immediately reach out to the customer to coordinate a time and date. We answer any curiosities or put to rest any concerns during our initial conversation. We want the customer to know what to expect without being surprised. Good preparation can save time...which equals money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 25 years collective experience in Moving, Furniture Assembly, Organization, Handywork etc, my teams can virtually handle any task set for them. On the moving side, we have 3 experienced loaders that can efficiently utilize truck space.
