- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For certain types of jobs that are relatively strait forward there are some standard pricing. Being in the remodel business for many years, you know that no two jobs are the same. There are many details, and multiple variables that need to be taken into account before being able to give an accurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost I try and get a good understanding of a potential clients needs, and wants when it comes to their project. I like to give options, this is a key role in the decision making process. This allows for the client to have a choice, to understand the benefits to each option, and allows them to make an educated decision they feel comfortable with.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have been very fortunate to work for some great people. I have been a referral based company since day one, so typically my future clients already have a good idea the type of quality work I deliver. I never consider a project complete until everyone involved is satisfied..
