When I first started working with Amanda and Dave, I have seen my physique transformed in many ways I never thought possible. I have gotten 1st place, 2nd and 4th place on National Qualified Competitions and I got 2nd call out on my first National show!!!. I honestly have to say that both Amanda and Dave have been there in every step of the way and are always available to answer any questions I've had. They have been in all of my shows for support and guidance. They cater the diet and routine based on your goals, as they understand that everyone has a different goal and body types. Honestly the coaches are the best because they truly CARE for you to succeed on your fitness journey wether that is to become stronger, bigger, leaner or to compete, they will get you there as long as you follow their guidance. I am truly honored to be in team breed and I wouldn't have it any other way!!

Excellent trainer! Overall had a positive experience working with Amanda. Provides great feedback and analysis of my progression. She responds quickly and efficiently to any questions. Shows great attitude in aspiring you to achieve your goals.

Best coaches ever! They always listen and make changes to your plan when needed. What ever you ask for they will help whether it is posing, making corrections, recipes, anything! They do it because they love it and will support you and motivate you every step of the way.

I have really enjoyed working with Dave and Amanda. They truly care and treat you like family. My progress in one year has been amazing and I continue to learn and have confidence in their guidance.
