Eric was a nice guy and tried hard to get my carpets clean. They were stained really badly. However, the method of cleaning he uses was not what I was expecting and does not effectively nor thoroughly clean carpets, especially deep pile shag carpet like mine. He uses what I believe is called a bonnet cleaning, which cleans the surface. It is my understanding that this method is better for a maintenance cleaning and not a deep cleaning like I needed. It kind of rubs the dirt around and spreads it. I wish that he would have told me that his method wasn't going to do a very good job on my carpet. The stains are lighter and the carpet is an improvement over what it was, but my carpets are still filthy and now I will need to pay someone else for a steam extraction cleaning.

Hi Rachelle, I know it's several months later but I'm just now seeing this review. I'm sorry you weren't happy with the carpet cleaning. I work hard to satisfy every customer and this is my first negative review after two years in business. Had I known you weren't happy with the results I would have cleaned them again with a different method. My primary method does not spread or rub dirt around but like you said they were very dirty and had many difficult stains. I apologize again for the inconvenience. I owed my parents a carpet cleaning for watching our dog. Eric did an excellent job. I asked my mom what she thought and she told me it was the best carpet cleaning they’ve ever had. Received an invoice right after the job was completed. All around great job. Highly recommend this pro.
