Introduction: My design work is 100% custom and designed to be beautiful, functional, and stand out from the sea of templates and cheap gimmicks. I always seek to serve my clients for the long-haul – whether it's inquires, referrals, or a new project you want to work on, you can consider me "your" designer from day one. I became a Graphic Designer because it's something that made me truly happy. Graphic design allows me to help people by creating art. Whether a client needs a logo, a web page, or play bill to be designed I am here to fulfill that need with my creativity.

Lauren is a truly gifted graphic artist. She helped our company immensely by providing fresh designs for our logo, web site, etc. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT WORK!!! I really appreciated the way she listened to all our concerns and answered all our questions along the way. Her creativity, her intelligence and her ability to work with our content has me excited to work with her again in the future for any further needs of ours.

Lauren, did not have the experience to execute a good website nor the skills to deliver it as promised. Her Internet connect was disconnected and she using a neighbors. Each time she promised something she did not deliver anything. At the end of the contract time, she offered to send me a sketch of the proposed site. I had already given her a sketch and need the website up. Her price point was good...now I know why. In my opinion...avoid Lauren until she gain the skills and expertise need to build a site.

I'm sorry you still feel that way Sean! I have tried to reach out to you today to no avail. It's not ethical nor legal for me to copy the work of another designer on your behalf. Nor will I put myself at risk by ignoring copyright laws and use photos that don't belong to you. I do not think my skills are lacking considering I have been working with a local design company as a designer for the last 6 years. If that were not enough experience I have taken courses from Harvard and received my degree from local university. Though after doing some research, I discovered that this is not the first time you have attempted to plagiarized from other designers and failed to pay them. In addition to taking a pay cut to work within your unreasonably small budget, on a 48 hour timetable I designed and delivered a total of 3 sites for you. I now understand that we have different styles and preferences, but that similarity is something you should look for in a designer. I like to focus on clean minimalist designs or brightly colored cartoon designs. You can see that reflected in my portfolio. Sean, I understand this can be a frustrating process, but I can't help you if you won't communicate with me. If you have any further need, please let me know I would be more than happy to lend you my assistance so long as you follow through on payment this time.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I'm starting a new project with a client, my first step is research, research, RESEARCH. It's vital that I am able to clearly understand not only my client's goals, their intended audience, and their aesthetic preferences; but also to discern the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors. Once I'm confident in the amount of research and "intell" I've gathered, my next step is to develop a project timeline and visual concept. Before moving forward, I like to reach out to my client to review and refine the concept draft as needed. From here, I'm able to take the ideas that we've developed and, like a puzzle, assemble the final outcome. The quicker I receive feedback and communication from my clients, the easier it is to keep the momentum and creative juices flowing. For this reason, I'm willing to make myself available to my clients anytime day or night.
