Our house flooded overnight due to an issue with our dishwasher. North Star was recommended by our insurance company and several neighbors. We could not have made a better choice! We had to leave our home for a few weeks due to major damages. Jon's staff was there immediately after we called him, and they worked every day, doing the repairs, painting, replacing carpet, installing tiles, stucco, etc. His team even did some repairs that our contractor should have taken care of two years ago when we had the house built. We also liked the fact that Jon Graf is a general contractor, and knew exactly what needed to be done. He is extremely trustworthy, the end results were great! North Star Restoration Co. is absolutely THE BEST AND MOST QUALIFIED TO TAKE CARE OF ANY DAMAGES. Our previous home had flooded a few years ago, and the restoration team we chose to handle it, did not come close to price, workmanship and rapid repair of our home. We highly recommend Jon Graf and his team. We would recommend him to anyone, and would use North Star again, whether it'd be for unforeseen damages, or general contracting. Jon Graf was wonderful to work with. He addressed our needs efficiently and he genuinely cares about our home and well-being. His calm joyful nature brought a smile to our faces when everything else seemed to be falling apart. He is going to help us clean up the damage and get our home back to new. Other disaster companies are probably great but only North Star Restoration has the heart of Jon Graf.
