Introduction: Telegraph Road Physical Therapy has served the South County and South City regions of St. Louis for over 30 years. We enjoy and pride ourselves on one-on-one patient-centered care and spend 45 to 60 minutes with each patient and we have expertise in orthopedics for all ages. We also have staff that are experts in outpatient neurological care including returning function to patients who have suffered a stroke, have Parkinson's disease (all stages), and multiple sclerosis (all stages). Our mission is to promote a healthy lifestyle, body, and soul in our entire community -- one person at a time. Our goal is for you to reach and surpass your own individual goals to return to function and an active and healthy lifestyle. We get very excited when someone who was told they would never walk again without aid not only walks but jogs into the clinic. These moments of renewal are what make our job rewarding and so enjoyable.
