The gym is very nice , it's one of the last true lifting gyms in Saint Louis. The trainers know what they are talking about as well , if your looking for a gym or a trainer this is the place to go.

I'm a fellow trainer that works with clients all over the country and some internationally. I am not easily impressed by the massive amount of "dime a dozen" trainers. Paulie is a very knowledgeable trainer in the best facility in St. Louis. I've trained at Powerhouse for years and you wont find a better place to get a workout.
