I wanted all the carpet in my house replaced with hardwood, the acoustical titles removed from the ceilings and replaced with drywall, a new built-in closet in the bedroom...and while we were at it, remove the wall between the kitchen and dinning room and remodel the kitchen. It was not a small project. Mark basically touched every surface in every room except the bathroom. I could not have made a better choice. Mark and his team did an excellent job and I am now living in a new 105 year old house.Apr 18, 2016
I hired Mark thru an Angie's List Big Deal that turned out to be a bigger deal: I needed the bottoms of 2 wooden side panels of my front door fixed, and Mark suggested replacing the panels fully with laminate for a more permanent solution. Cost a lot more, but better, beautiful results!Mar 26, 2016
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of employing CCR Remodeling & Woodworking for work on our home. CCR performed carpentry, exterior washing, painting, and general around-the-house repairs. All of the work was of the highest quality and was completed in a very professional, timely manner. We were more than satisfied with all the tasks performed and would highly recommend CCR as a contractor. Mark Richter and his employees were conscientious and very pleasant to work with. Mark is an excellent wood worker, and we purchased some of his hand-made items to give as Christmas gifts after our home project was completed. CCR is the first company we will call for any additional work required on our home.Mar 27, 2016
The original work entailed matching 100 year old wood exterior trim around a door and window. The work was beautiful and a perfect match. I was so impressed with the quality, price and Mark's professionalism, I added concrete and electrical work. The concrete pad in the basement was to level a bathroom and took a disaster done by a previous plumber and fixed it up wonderfully. The electrical troubleshooting fixed a long standing problem worked on by 3 separate electricians and our exterior lights work for the first time in 5 years. Mark is a wonderful person, he noticed a problem door that wouldn't close properly and he just took 5 minutes to fix it for free! I have told all of the people I know about him and the quality of his work (which is something I never do but Mark is so unusual as a person) He is always on time, does a high quality and is reasonable. I will definetly hire him in the future for any work I need and encourage you to give him an opportunity - you'll not be disappointed.Mar 27, 2016
