- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My bids are based on $60 per hour. I have to stay competitive and it is been my experience that this hourly rate balance as well with the insurance the equipment and the people that I hire to do the kind of work that we do
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call or email my perspective clients after they have contacted me. I asked questions about the project they have in mind I may make some suggestions or throw out some ideas for them to consider. We set up an appointment for me to come out and look at their project. I will then put together a comprehensive estimate and email it back to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am RRP certified. I have remodeled 50 or so kitchens, 30 bathrooms. I have extensive drywall and plaster repair experience a master carpenter master painter. My customers appreciate that I have a group of tried-and-true professional subcontractors that have worked for me from anywhere from 2 to 10 years. Our specialties are the older homes in the metropolitan area but we also enjoy working on the 50-year-old and newer homes as well.
