- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No it would be given as a bid. No money down, and no surprise add on at the end. The Price is the Price agreed on. Never let a contractor tell you surprise you owe more money. It's their job to know.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what they need done, then find out what they want done. The majority of my work is never seen. Water that is caught underground( typically from lateral movement) will be caught and re-appear in an unseen controlled fashion. (What needs done) That usually can be accomplished by landscape. Deciding plants,colors,and input on design is a joint effort in what they want done . If you are looking for a maintenance package the price is usually a set one, and billed once a month. This includes the mowing if that is how you want it handled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
D.H.S.S. MO license pertaining to on site waste water disposal Design/Engineer/and construct. M.S.H.A. Federal. U.S.A. This Federal and is mandatory to be on mining properties. More on request.
