FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new customer we will speak with you over the phone about the scope of work you wish to complete. After we find out an idea of what needs to be completed we will set up a time to come to your home and meet with you to look over the project and take measurements of the work that needs to be competed. From there we will take the information and provide you with a quote. Any questions you may have we are there to answer. After we agree on the price we will have the customer sign a contract. Next step is setting a time that works for both our schedules to complete the work. After the project is complete we will do a final walk through to make sure the customer is happy with all the work completed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. We have done work with individuals looking to increase that value of their home by completing a renovation or update. Also we work with your insurance company and adjusters if you have an insurance claim to insure your claim goes through smoothly. We also do work with investors who have rental properties and need work done while tenants are present or in between renters. We work with commercial properties doing build outs of rental space or white boxing existing space.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently we did a kitchen remodel that took about 3 weeks from start to finish. Removed all existing cabinets and laid new hardwood in the kitchen to match the adjacent rooms which turned out great. We painted the existing cabinets white and then reinstalled them back. We added 4 feet of cabinets to maximize the counter space in the kitchen while adding new hardware to the entire kitchen. Granite is what takes the longest and extended this project about a week. We painted the kitchen and changed all outlets and switches to white. After the granite was installed we installed a white subway tile backsplash which brought the entire kitchen together.
