I originally had James with Magnolia come out to power wash and stain my patio. He did an amazing job. So I spoke to him about some other jobs we needed done. He told me they also did custom kitchens, bathrooms and all kinds of stuff. So I had them install an aluminum fence and build an outdoor fire pit with a paver seating area . All I can say is wow! It looks amazing. My outdoor living space is the envy of all my neighbors and friends. I recommend Magnolia to anyone looking to get a good job done at a fair price!

I called Magnolia Construction in a desperate panic, because I needed a pretty big job done in three days, after the previous painter cancelled 15 min before his start time. James came by the house within 2 hrs to give me a bid. He was fast, efficient and extremely reasonably priced. He took care of picking up the paint and getting everything needed to complete the job. I was also having carpet installed the same week - thus the rush - and James agreed to come out the following week to do touch ups from the carpet installation for free. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely use him again in the future.

Jacob was great. Was available to help on short notice with staining our deck. The work done looked great. While at our home suggestions we're made to take care of our driveway and Jacob make himself available next day. We will absolutely be using Magnolia in the future.

We don't use a book or a 'by the sq foot pricing'. Our pricing is based on time and materials costs which are always most cost effective for the homeowner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of science degree in finance Associates of arts degree in design
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started over 25 years ago learning from my father.
