- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base project fees off an hourly rate. We can discuss what works best for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to the client's details about the project: objective, scope, audience, tone, and criteria for success. Digest & return with a plan of attack, timing. Usually involves review of 1-3 design directions (depending on type of project) - and then includes a number of revisions to a selected direction. We'll collaborate to perfect & execute to achieve a result that is on-point, and hopefully be very pleasant to work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BFA, Visual Communications, Washington University in St. Louis After an internship at Nike in Portland, Oregon; I've worked at small agencies in St. Louis and Los Angeles, and have been in the industry for over 12 years.
