- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are a Buyer there is NO fee . I do not get paid until we successfully close on a home . At that time it's the Listing Agent or Seller that pays the commission .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet at our office or another location to Discuss your needs and wish list for your new home Or via phone Understand the Area you want to live in Price Range Send you listings on your own portal to view Schedule appointments to view Homes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
