The services I received were comparable to a regular cleaning. In fact, my former cleaner (who charged 30% of what M-M did) cleaned more thoroughly in less time. To M-M's credit, after I called them and asked them to come back, they told me they were already planning to. They also asked me if I needed anything else done before they left the second time. But by the time they did, it was late in the day and I needed them out of the house so my kids could nap. I also don't feel like I should have had to remind them dust wall hangings, wipe down doors, light fixtures etc since they're professional cleaners who were hired for a DEEP clean.Jul 15, 2018Verified

Michelle is not only completely unprofessional, she is also an inept house cleaner. My entire house was still dirty when I went through after she "cleaned." She could not re-clean my home in a timely manner, so I had to clean it, myself. I had to scrub the floors because the cleaning product she used made my floors incredibly sticky. Dirt was stuck to the floor (where it wasn't before she cleaned), and everything that touched the floor made a mark through the grime. I addressed the problem with her, and she refused to grant a refund, even though the house was dirty, from the floor to the bathtub, and she could only get back to clean the home days after. The cleaning was time-sensitive and needed to be completed within two days of her inadequate cleaning. She could not do this, so a refund would have been appropriate. She refused my refund because I "did not give her a chance to fix it," but there was not time for her to fix it. If it had been done correctly the first time, I wouldn't have had to ask for a refund. We did offer to come back and she refused, we did clean her fridge for free and oven and outside windows so to how dirty her 1 bedroom condo was. That is mold in her bath tub, and the floors were clean when we left. We always wait until product drys and we mopped her floor 3 times, we spent 3 hours in a 1 bedroom condo that should had taken us only 2. So we can't fixed anything if she refuses, and doesn't give us the chance.
They scratched my hardwood floor by sliding my couch over the entire thing and then pushing it back. I did ask her to file a claim with her insurance to cover the cost of replacing the tiles, but she did not respond to that message.Jun 5, 2018VerifiedMIchelle M.'s reply
Hello we never got the message about filing a claim but we did ask even know you waited a week later to accuse us of scratching your floor and you had guest over that weekend and you waited a week to say something. If someone scratched my floor I would be calling them within 24 hours. So I don’t believe we did it and we asked you about the scratches and you said kitchen which is what we saw. So I’m sorry to hear about your floor but when we did talk to our insurance the problem is you waited till after you had your guest so my insurance doesn’t feel we are liable after you waiting a week.
They’ve been out to clean once and did a great job. So happy to have them coming back every other week. Very receptive to my needs and any specific requests I have!May 23, 2018Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to come look at your house so you know who we are and who will be in your house. My daughter and I are usually the main two and we do have 2 girls that have been with us for a while.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I did work with other cleaning company's to see what works and what doesn't work. We have researched cleaning products that will work with your floor and counter tops. We like to make sure you are happy and if not we will come back in 48hours to fix it. ( during business week)
