- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 33.33% for all cases prior to filing a lawsuit and 40.00% on cases after we file a lawsuit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The biggest part is understanding your injuries. That is the absolute crux of almost every case, and your case is likely no different. So I will meet with you, discuss the problems you're having, then make sure you're getting the necessary medical care. As you continue to get treatment, we take care of making sure liability is clear by securing all important evidence. We will also be simultaneously obtaining your medical records and bills. Once your treatment is complete and we have all the evidence, we will begin settlement negotiations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree from Saint Louis University. The Missouri Bar also has me teach other attorneys each year about how to handle auto accidents.
