Dan was very responsive to my requests and maintained excellent communication. He went out of his way to obtain a needed part and was nice enough to return to the job site after completion to make sure the gas line passed inspection. I would hire him again for future projects.

Dan was very responsive and professional. His pricing was fair and he does quality work. I'm sure the work I needed done was pretty unusual, but he tackled it very quickly without a single complaint or question and even went above and beyond by taking care of some other maintenance while he was on the roof. Dan stayed in touch and called beforehand to come and do tuckpointing on my house when the weather got to above 45 temp. He was on top of it and did a very nice looking job. Although, not previously discussed, he saw my front light fixture needed repair and he fixed it for no charge. I offered him a payment for hanging an LED motion detector light. He hung it, too. we charge $150.00 for a chimney and firebox cleaning. our standard rates are $375.00 for a half day and $600.00 for a whole day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i need a name, number and address so i can go to the job and actually see whats all involved with the project. after that im able to give a estimate. pictures that show me everything i need can speed up this process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mainly on the job training since i could walk. ive taken some business management classses and marketing but mainly live and learn.
