- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge flat rates for estate planning, and most other services are on an hourly basis. I charge 250 per hour for anything that I don't ask for a flat rate for. I offer a discount to veterans of 10% in appreciation of their service to our country.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients of all types, from small to medium sized businesses, and from 18 years old to 95. My average client is your typical 45-55 year old business owner or married couple.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I find business acquisition work to be fun, rewarding work. Your small business acquisition takes a few weeks of work and negotiating.
