- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my quotes are all inclusive. This includes travel, lodging (if needed), and services. Quotes are negotiable and subject to change based on what is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to meet with them (in person, phone, or Skype) to learn more about their needs/wants. I take a personal approach to make sure the desired outcomes are reached.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in leadership development for the last 10 years. I have worked primarily with college students (18-22) but believe the skills I have can be transferable to all ages. I have a bachelors degree in Psychology and Communication and a Masters Degree in Higher Education.
