This was our second time using Gateway Moving and Storage, and we received equal if not better service which returned as customers. They were prompt to call and inform us that they were on their way well before the allotted window of arrival. The moving team was friendly, fast and proficient at cataloging the items that needed further wrapping/padding/packaging. The movers were in and out and in route to our new apartment and the unloading and assembly commenced. Not only did they expedite the unloading and assembly, but documented which boxes and furniture, by living area, and placed everything accordingly in our new home. They took the time to make sure everything was set up as desired. At the end of the move, they double checked that all items had safely been delivered, along with our satisfaction with the service. We absolutely recommend United Movers to anyone that is looking for a reliable, efficient and professional moving company.

The entire procedure all the way was outstanding. We are extremely happy with all parts of our experience from the quote, correspondence, and relocation to the re-steering of our belongings and so forth. We felt like our things were being dealt with actually and not simply one more deal in their wage details. Our possessions were altogether conveyed, in place, no harm, clean, and needed to have been taken care of deliberately by how the cases appeared as though they did when we stuffed them. When I hired them out, all that was in my mind was average relocation services. There wasn’t even a single extraordinary thing I was expecting about them. So when they came and offered me exclusive relocation services, I was left in amazement and wonder. They did it so perfectly that I found myself praising the name of the relocation coordinator who had since then become my friend. I feel so delighted and full of joy when everything goes my way. I had such a feeling last month when Gateway Moving and Storage team came around to help me with the relocations. I had drawn out a plan and estimated all the time and resources that the operation was going to demand. It turned out that I was right and my approximations were accurate. I felt very happy.

I really appreciate their prowess. They know how to do it and it is undoubtable. When I spot that crew somewhere, all I see is an experience. They have been around for quite long and over the years they have grown better. Right now, they are my favourite service providers and each time I hear of relocations, I insist to my friends on hiring them out. If at all I am going to seek relocation services in the near future, I will head to one direction - Gateway Moving and Storage. I saw with my own eyes their capability. They are far much beyond many of the relocation companies that I have come across so far. To me, they are the finest crew I have met. If they continue this same way even in years to come, they are going to be in business for years to come.

Having moved with so many moving companies in Texas, I have come to the conclusion that all of them are inexperienced. However, after hearing a lot about Gateway Moving and Storage, I had to go with them in this move. My move was really a success from the beginning till the end and I am happy that this time around, my stuff was not ruined or damaged. I remarked two important virtues in these movers as they worked during my move. These include diligence and courtesy. The movers from Gateway Moving and Storage were very diligent as they worked to make every bit of my move a success. Besides, they were also ready to go so low in doing the low jobs and to relate courteously not only to myself but also to one another.
