Helped me out on short notice.Feb 1, 2018Verified
My previous cat sitter was great with the pets but did not professionally manage her business. Also, each time she sat for my cats, she failed to do an easy task she promised to perform--check the side door for packages, use my security system code, wanted cash payment. These caused a lot of trouble for me. Michelle gets the job done right and is not just good with pets but cares about being a professional.May 20, 2017Verified
Michelle genuinely loves my fur kids and takes such great care of them! They are so excited when I tell them Miss Michelle is coming to visit.Jan 31, 2017
Michelle has been there for our family since the day we met her over a year ago. Our family has since grown to 2 dogs and she has taken on the additional responsibility of a new puppy like a champ! She obviously loves dogs and they love her. She consistently sends us updates after each visit and we also enjoy the photos of our little "kiddos" that she sends. It's so nice to have someone we trust to take care of our dogs, as they are our family. Michelle not only ensures they are taken care of, she gives them love like they are family to her as well. We are lucky to have her!Mar 22, 2017
I can highly recommend Michelle! We have used her services for pet and house sitting for our 12 year old shepherd mix and 10 year old St. Bernard ... to which both were rescues. Michelle has stayed at our house for as short as one overnight and as long as one week. She has administered meds and has been compliant when separate feedings were needed. Typically, she sends a picture every couple of days and we return with notes from each day's activities. She has done a great job for us and I would highly recommend her services.Feb 23, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge per visit and it depends on number of pets, type of pets, holiday, etc. I am competitive for the area professional petsitters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first step is a meet and greet to let you meet me and for me to meet your pets and see if it's a good fit, as well as to go over instructions and everything needed for the job. Then, we figure out key situation, how you'd like your updates(if any, I usually do texts or email and pics with every visit), payment, emergency contacts, etc. Lastly finalize the date and times and we're good to go!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Years ago I did dog obedience training with my family dog and so I know how to correctly walk a dog(& not have it walk you), but I abide by whatever obedience the pet owner had set in place, to remain consistent.
