Introduction: I bring people home to themselves in creative and inspiring ways. I was trained as a coach at the Coaches Training Institute (certified by ICF) and took an advanced coaching program with BEabove Leadership (Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching). I also love and bring indigenous wisdom into my coaching sessions. This is powerful work, and shapes your life – one day at a time, one choice at a time. Our space is a no judgement zone so our time together can really help you to explore and gain clarity for what you want in your life. Our work is rich and will take you on an inward path to look at what is important to you and an outward one, to live with greater intention, honor, and commitment to yourself. I create a platform for people to "complete" with events, relationships, beliefs, and stories (or even just procrastination!) that are in their way to a more meaningful life. Climb into more confidence, authenticity, and passion as we explore together. Our sessions will be engaging, purposeful and actually FUN. Truly. Even if you are wrestling pain in your heart, or wounds in your life, this will be a healing space. I invite you to this doorway that takes you into your next chapter. Change begins with reflection, self awareness and is a choice. It also takes dedication, conviction and many times courage. That is where I am able to step in and be with my clients in a productive way. I help you first, to hear your little voice within, and second, to act on it! We make distinctions, gain clarity and remove barriers. I call it pulling out the stops and getting serious about living the life you truly know you are here to live.
