I personally have 10 years experience as a licensed agent, own and manage 16 of my own units, have 1 year title experience, 2 years bank underwriting experience, and rehab/resell experience. Part time employee that does not communicate well.

I was trying to get a landlord reference from Doug who works at Park Apartments for a prospect that applied for one of my rentals. Doug stated that they will not give a reference unless the tenant gives notice. I voiced that I thought that was unfair, especially in a landlord market. Reason being: why would someone give notice if they do not know their background is approved? I would still give a reference if my tenant didn't give notice and simply state that they have not given notice yet. I did go through their process and did finally get a reference for the tenant, but me and the soon to be new tenant found that it was a difficult process and I have honestly not had that many issues getting a tenant reference from another landlord in my 10 years managing properties. I believe Doug wrote this because I did put a Google review respectfully stating this. As landlords, I believe we need to be team players and help each other out when we need rental references and not make it difficult.

Matt is a very knowledgeable real estate agent that can answer any and all questions regarding the transaction of purchasing or selling a home. He also knows the entire process for leasing a property out and can help in all aspects.

Matt is a super nice guy who knows the cities and knows real estate really well. He actually listens to you and goes out of his way to understand your real estate needs, and most importantly to us, he isn't pushy, and is invested in finding the right property for you at the right time.

Matt is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. He has been investing and managing his own properties for years, and has years of experience in the industry. On top of this, he's and all around good guy, with a very kind and patient attitude. I would definitely recommend him.

Matt was great to work with. He was easily accessible by phone or e-mail. He had a lot of houses lined up to show us in the areas we were looking and knew exactly what to show us about each house. We were able to find our first home on the first day of house hunting and he was a great help with submitting the offer and the other important paperwork and inspection pieces of the stressful home buying experience. He definitely eased the stress and anxiety that comes with buying a home!
