- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When selling a house (listing) I charge 6%. Out of that 6% I have to pay the buyers agent 2.7%. When working with a buyer, there is a $500 charge to the buyer for the Broker Admin Fee. I would get paid from the agent whose house the buyer purchases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to working with new customers I like to first have a conversation on the phone and narrow down their goals and then meet in person and put together a game plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Minnesota Real Estate License Wisconsin Real Estate License Continuing education on a yearly basis.
