- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
GENERAL GRAPHIC DESIGN PROJECT (starting at $100) LOGO PROJECT (starting at $120) includes multiple concepts, unlimited rounds of revisions, 1 extensive deliverable set LOGO PLUS ONE (starting at $220) includes logo project and 1 from the following: business card, letterhead, social media graphics, or email signature.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MY typical process starts with a free 15-minute project consultation. During the call we will discuss your project, answer your questions, and present our service options. Once you have selected a package, you will need to complete our intake form and 50% deposit payment in order to start the project. The project will begin on the next business day after both items have been completed. It will take 3-5 business days to develop the design concepts and deliver them in a custom presentation. From the presented concepts you will need to select one to move forward with and identify your desired revisions. Once you have approved the final design, the completion payment will be due.

I have a bachelor's degree in Art & Science studies marketing and graphic design. With over 4 years of hands on experience creating creative and innovative work for satisfied customers.
