Introduction: My name is Dina. I am a life coach that specializes In Productivity, relationships, self discovery and health. I provide encouragement, support and a plan to help inspire your personal growth which in turn gives you confidence towards your accomplishments.
During your introductory session, we will talk about your challenges and discuss what you are seeking help with. In this conversation you will get to have a brief experience of how remarkable having a Life Coach can be.
When you begin to experience this realization for yourself, your fears will subside and you will finally find clarity and confidence to take action steps to find the inner you. Your heart will be the focus of your life and you will start leaning into where you want to be.
My focus as a life coach is to get you unstuck and to where you want to be. Coaching will empower you to put forth your hidden talents.
For coaching to work, you need to be committed and it will take several sessions to accomplish the tasks or insights that you need direction on. This could be a few months to or longer, but don't worry, we can discuss that once we get started.
My rate starts at a minimum fee of $100.00 This rate covers up to 4 weekly sessions in a month. After this time period, we can discuss fees going forward.
