5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fred was initially not the first professional I contacted on Thumbtack, but he should have been. Fred contacted me right away where the first one I contacted never responded. This was to clean out my 84 year old mother’s single story ranch gutters that hadn’t been touched for at least 5 years. Fred answered my questions and concerns about this job quickly. He showed up right on time. He was friendly and professional. He made quick work of the job and did a good, thorough job. We’re already planning more jobs with Fred. I think the highest praise I can give him beyond what I’ve already said is that I feel comfortable having him come take care of projects at my Mom’s house even when I’m not there.

I general figure up how long it will take and give my estimates typically if it takes long I dont change my bid unless more is added.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m pretty easy going and can’t say I have a process. I guess it would be talking with them and finding out exactly what there wanting do and accommodating to that
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most everything I’ve learned has been through working with guys around the firehouse
