- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do give ONE FREE HOUR to clients who give me referrals. I have one in particular who has referred me to five new clients and there is no limit to the amount of referrals given! My MINIMUM is TWO HOURS at $25 per/hour. Unfortunately I will not do “time limits”; meaning any requests to clean for (example) three hours when it clearly is a six hour job. I would be happy to answer any and all questions regarding the “who, what, where, when and whys” as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak on the telephone with all potential clients before hand. I also do a free consultation to see what kind of work needs to be done. Lastly, I would schedule an appointment that works best for both parties. I do provide all cleaning supplies and equipment unless a client specifically requests me to use theirs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with my mother’s business and she is a PRO!
