- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price structure is simple: $25 an hour plus travel time (IRS mileage rate is added to the invoice). Book 10 classes ahead of time and get $50 OFF.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My system is very simple. You are in charge. I will work with you to customize a program for you. Call me and let me know how I can help you reach your goals. I am all ears!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors and a Master's degree, in Spanish and Journalism, and am a Certified Translation Professional (CTP) from the Global Translation Institute. I am also a member of the American Translators Association. Other specialized courses include translation, literature, composition, and advanced grammar. I have also taught college level Spanish and hold English as a Second language TEFL certification from Oxford Seminars, specializing in communicative language teaching.
