FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We itemize most of our services between materials and labor, with business overhead expenses covered by the labor item. Our labor cost is estimated based on expected hours and job complexity. Contractors complete the job to satisfaction for a fixed estimated fee to promote efficiency. Labor price per hour ranges from $40 to $75 depending on knowledge and tools required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure to get a good idea of the customers desired product, respond with a general pricing and scheduling analysis of the relevant options for their project until we can confidently agree on an exact plan for the project solution after discussing the exhaustive list of relevant options. We will then conduct a price estimate for the project, starting at the job site, then present the estimate to the customer as well as confirm materials, schedule, and intended proceedure. We will carry out the project carefully and efficiently, employing any accommodations which help us to maximise customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of the services we offer were learned working for a previous employer, but now, all of our services have been thoroughly researched so that each of us know the proper proceedures, tools, and materials, as well as reading about any common issues with the proceedures, pro tips, and/or troubleshooting information related to a unique project aspect.
