Joke of a service at today's rays game, keys mixed up, no queue system in place which resulted in everyone having to walk over to the main parking lot to retrieve keys then queue for 25 mins to get our of the parking lot which defeated the whole purpose of valet parking, asked for money back and was verbally abused by staff member, will be emailing head office and Tampa Bay Ray's about this joke of a service
