- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tom and I are professionals, and handle our business with integrity. Our services are worth what we charge, just as our customers are worth the salaries they earn! Sometimes, special stuations warrant consideration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking the client through the entire process, and explaining all aspects of the real estate transaction. There are many decisions that a buyer or seller has to make, and our goal is to make sure our clients are prepared to make the decision that is right for them when it must be made!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years of real estate experience. Extra training and designations. Tom holds the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) title, the most prestigious of Realtor designations, as well as being a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). Kathryn has been certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), understanding the unique needs of our senior citizens!
