Introduction: I have over 15 years of litigation experience, including nine years defending insurance companies, so now I use my knowledge to help accident victims. I also speak Spanish and was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2016-3017 in the field of personal injury, a distinction award it to less than 2% of the attorneys in Florida. I have trial experience in both the state and federal court. I was awarded a full scholarship to University of Miami Law school and received the highest grade in my legal research and writing class and served on the Journal of Public Policy and Law. I am well versed in all areas of the law but specifically focus my attention on personal injury cases and helping accident victims. I have handled every type of case including automobile negligence, slip and fall, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and any type of litigation matter. I enjoy educating my clients about the situation they are going through, the legal remedies available and the fastest route to achieve the desired results. Conflict resolution process involves open communication with my client and opposing counsel. Every client gets my personal cell phone number and also will have a second attorney from our law firm working on their file as well. I also enjoy trial work and presenting my client's story to the judge and jury, although most cases settle and the ultimate goal is to resolve each case prior to trial, as soon as possible, to save time and resources.
