Standard in the Florida Real Estate industry, the Seller is normally responsible for paying all real estate commissions. For our Buyers: 1.) Our service if FREE to help you find, negotiate, inspect and close on real estate 2.) Most of our vendors provide credits/discounts to help our Buyers save on their real estate purchases. 3.) Sexauer Real Estate offers assistance with our Buyer's Closing costs. For our Sellers: 1.) Sexauer Real Estate offers a flexible commission plan (Flex 5-4-3) to help our Sellers maximize their return when selling their home. 2.) Sexauer Real Estate offers a fully customizable real estate marketing plan. We employ internet, mail and print to maximize our market reach to obtain Buyers for your home. 3.) We offer credits to assist our Sellers with moving expenses.

We would typically have a conversation over the phone or a meeting to evaluate the clients needs and goals.
