- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I greet the customer and introduce myself. I listen to the customer to know exactly what is going on and what they would like to be done. Then I move forward and ask questions to find out more information. After I have all the information I need, I begin work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree in Computer Technology, and currently working on my Bachelors in Information Technology. I also have a TestOut PC Pro, and CompTIA Security+ certifications. I am also studying for CompTIA A+. I also work in an IT field where I have to constantly troubleshoot and correct computer issues
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the IT field since I was young, simply dis-assembling electronics and fixing them, and re-assembling them. Then I began work in the field at a community college in IT/Media Services handling equipment from the networking closet to the computer, along with all the other devices such as projectors, speakers, etc.
