Jose Lopez owns HQC and has a crew who works very hard and gets the job done right. They remodeled four rooms including a new bathroom, and turning our downstairs into a luxurious en suite. Relocating doors and windows, new flooring, sheet rock and ceilings, even painting. He and his crew are very considerate and go the extra mile to make the remodel even better than I planned. I highly recommend Jose and HQC and will use them again when the opportunity arises.

I highly recommend. He remodeled my kitchen and bathroom and it turned out better than I expected. It was a very clean job plus he finished it so quick. I was scared at first that my new tile floor was going to get scratched or get paint on it but he made sure everything was covered and he took his precautions with everything around him. He was very friendly and respectful. After these two jobs I do not want to go with anyone else, they turned out amazing!

HQC did my laminated floors in all the living area throughout my house and renovated one bathroom. They were affordable and I am very pleased. I highly recommend them.

License General contractor was informed before appointment that this project requires an engineer, drawings, plans, and construction. Contractor could not determine if project wall was load bearing or not. All access point were accessible to determine if load bearing. No estimate was left, unprepared to give an estimate of project job. Structural engineer is required for project job and was clearly requested in my email communication before appointment that this project requires an engineer, drawings, plans,permits to filed with county building dept, and construction. Contractor wanted to set an appointment for a architect to come in and determine if wall was load bearing. ( Project still mandates/requires structural engineer) Suggestions for architect to start the process and said he would call me within a couple of days to confirm asap appointment this week to start. Never heard back. Contractor appeared to want the job only if it had no permit attached.
Sad........ waste of time. appointment scheduled was on the weekend. Wonder why.?
