FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I do a wide variety of services, rather than to give a definitive price guide, I would prefer to visit with you, first by phone and later in person to be sure we are accomplishing everything you have in mind and perhaps a little more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to connect with a new client via email in the beginning to answer any general questions each of us may have, then progress to a phone conversation and finally a face to face sit down to finalize any details well before the planned date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My professional career as an accountant, left the other side of my brain searching for an outlet. Beginning in my early 20's, I became a certified florist, in the next couple of years I graduated from the Wilton courses for cake decorating. Later on, to advance my cooking skills, I attended an international culinary arts school, specializing in pastry arts. During my adult years, I have catered many dinners, including a Chicken Cordon Bleu dinner for 250, over 25 weddings, numerous baby and bridal showers, in access of 50 corporate events and even delightful children's parties.
