Let me start out by saying "Silverback Lawn/Handyman Services" was exceptional. Donald was my first point of contact when reaching out to Silverback Lawn/Handyman Services and I must say it was professionalism from beginning to end. Very well mannered, attentive to detail and analytical. I am green when it comes to lawn care. It was challenging finding the right person to care for our lawn needs. We did a walk-through of the front lawn and backyard. He let me explain my issues and concerns. Donald was more than helpful. He knew what was new needed to improve our new home’s curb appeal, he went over everything step by step and he made some recommendations, with no pressure and he didn't try to push anything on us that we not needed. Needless to say, he was able to get us in the same day, everything went perfect. The clean-up was flawless even removing the debris that blew over to my neighbor’s yard property line. Overall, he exceeded our expectations. We will continue to use his services And I highly recommend he services

I find that conversation from start to finish is the very perfect way to get to know me and them .just a walk around the property can make a life long relation between the two of us
