Introduction: I am the information technology manager for a multi-store retail corporation. Technology has always been a love and passion of mine, and I decided to make a career out of it. I am employed full-time in the field and have professionally been doing IT work for 2.5 years; however, I do this on the side for some extra money.
I can do pretty much anything, from computer troubleshooting, software repair, hardware repair, setting up wired and wireless networks, configuring parental controls, network cabling/wiring, security systems set up, virus removal, computer cleanup, phone/tablet repairs, and much more.

I have contacted Colton twice now to help with 2 different issues that I was having. The first time was an issue with setting up and configuring a new Wifi router that I bought. Wasn't as easy or straight forward as I originally thought it would be. He was able to come to my home, get it set up and configured very quickly, and provided me with an overall very satisfying experience.
A couple weeks later, I got a message on my laptop saying that my Hard drive was failing. He helped me in selecting a new hard drive for my computer. When that new hard drive had arrived he recovered my important data from the old hard drive, got it copied to the new one, and installed and configured the new one. Both times he was very informative with what he was doing and it really seemed like he wanted to help me learn more about the technology which I sometimes don't understand. He was also timely with completion of the jobs and did exactly what I needed him to do.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars as opposed to 5 is due to the fact that his premium services were also a premium price, but he helped me see that tech work is not very cheap. If I had called the Geek Squad it would have costed me more, and the service wouldn't have been nearly as good. Thanks for all the wonderful help Colton!
