- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit and meet with a new customer, food is very personal and i like to know my clients and let them get to know me. i want everyone to feel comfortable and no matter how small something is an event someone is throwing or party it is very important that it goes perfectly. That to me is the difference between i can bring to the table
