Introduction: I graduated from Streamlines comprehensive teacher training program and am certified on all of the pieces of Pilates equipment through the advanced levels. I specialize in providing a very mindful movement experience that will help you improve form and structural health. Pilates is something I have been passionate about since my first lesson. The mind-body connection it cultivates is unparalleled, and you will see amazing toning and alignment in your own body after just a few lessons. I have enjoyed seeing these changes in myself and love helping others with their journey to optimal health and wellness.

I just started doing pilates for the first time in my life with Rachel and it has absolutely changed my life for the better. I am 6'9" tall and have very unique exercise needs but she customizes my experience every time and I am so hooked on pilates now and the benefits I am getting!

Rachel is great! I had never done pilates before and Rachel really worked hard to help me understand the moves and breathing. She tailored my workouts to fit my needs and was extremely caring and knowledgeable!

Rachel is fantastic! I am new to pilates and have worked with her primarily in solo and duet sessions. She is knowledgeable, patient and kind. She does well to find cues that worked for me individually, so that I could better understand and perform the exercises. I also appreciated the fact that she checks in with me at the beginning and throughout the session to establish goals and priorities for that session, whether it's flexibility, awareness of my body, stress relief or a challenging workout, etc. I highly recommend Rachel as well as Streamline Bodyworks!

I have 3 years experience taking pilates in a large class setting at the U. Working with Rachel one-on-one has made a huge difference in identifying problem areas that were missed because I was in a large class setting. Working with her is easy and natural. She uses analogies that resonate with me, and when they don't, she finds a different way to explain what she means. I appreciate Rachel's hands-on instruction when she assists my body, for example when I am not mindful of keeping my abs engaged or I should relax my shoulders. Sessions are driven by my suggestion or Rachel will have exercises she wants me to perform. Even when I request to focus on a problem area, sessions are structured and fluid. I plan to continue working with Rachel as I am grateful of all the progress I have made with her help!
