- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge hourly and daily rates, depending on the job. For smaller, minor, and odd jobs, I like to see the jobs in person so I can give a fair estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I show up on time. I listen and take time to understand the customer’s needs. I call/text while en route to every job and always try to be very friendly. Communication is key to creating a comfortable relationship from the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the construction field. I worked for a municipality for 15 years, gaining more experience. I have also done disaster relief construction work and volunteer construction work around the U.S. since I was 18 years old. I also have experience for a construction safety supervisor.
